Fire Damages Greene Township Apartment

On September 20, 1982 at 8:00 p.m. firefighters were alerted to an apartment fire on Carbaugh Lane, Greene Township. Fire caused $10,000 damage to a four unit occupied apartment building. The fire originated in a bathroom light/fan fixture and spread to the attic and roof. Firefighters from five companies had the blaze under control in 15 minutes. The West End Fire and Rescue Company assisted at the scene.
