Civilian Injured In Apartment Fire
On October 25, 1950 at 6:15 a.m. fireman responded to a building fire on East King Street at the Viener apartment building.  An oil stove exploded in a three-room apartment destroying the kitchen.  One civilian was treated for smoke inhalation.  A damage estimate was not available.  The blaze was extinguished with a chemical line.
