Vigilant's Get 1993 E-One

On November 14, 1993, the Vigilant Hose Company’s new 1993 E-One Cyclone engine arrived in Shippensburg. The new engine featured a 1500-gallon-per-minute pump and carried 750gallons of water. The engine replaced the 1981 Seagrave and was the first in a string of E-Ones purchased by the company.

Looking at this pic made recall of my first fire that I ever drove on. It was the Porn shop on Old Scotland Rd, it was like the third fire that had been there since it opened. Looking back this wagon wasn't that bad, seen it on many of fires through out the years. There has to be a pic floating around with its new paint scheme.

I do have photosof the engine with the new/old paint but I used this one to reflect as it appeared when it arrived. I will post numerous photos of it and other rigs when I do detailed historys on them.
